1/2 bag lentils
4 c. water
4 to 6 chicken breasts
1 large can tomato sauce
1/4 c. fresh diced cilantro
Preparation

Soak lentils in 4 cups water overnight. Place chicken in crock-pot; add lentils with water, tomato sauce and cilantro. Cook 8 to 10 hours on low until chicken is tender. Serve with quesadillas.
