Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak in strips
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 small onion, diced
    2 bell peppers, julienned
    1/4 c. margarine
    15 oz. can stewed tomatoes
    1 cube beef bouillon
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    wide noodles
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute steak, garlic, onion and bell peppers in margarine. Stir in tomatoes and beef bouillon; simmer for 20 minutes.
    Blend together water, cornstarch, soy sauce and sugar.
    Add to cooked meat mixture and cook, stirring until thickened, then simmer 2 more minutes.
    Cook and drain noodles.
    Toss noodles and cheese; serve the pepper steak over the noodles.
