Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 oz. grated cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Place thawed potatoes in 9 x 13-inch pan or baking dish.
Mix together soup, cheese, sour cream, salt and onion.
Put this on potatoes.
Spread corn flakes on top and drizzle melted butter on top of corn flakes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
