Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small sirloin strips
1/4 stick butter
1 onion, chopped
1 can mushroom buttons
1 clove garlic, minced
1 beef bouillon cube
1 carton sour cream
Preparation

Cut sirloin in small strips.
Brown quickly in butter to medium rare.
Remove from pan.
Saute onions, mushrooms and garlic in remaining butter.
Add bouillon, meat and sour cream.
Heat, but do not boil.
Serve over green noodles.
Salt and pepper to taste. The entire recipe, with the exception of sour cream, may be prepared a day ahead and reheated with sour cream just before serving in chafing dish.
