Punch Bowl Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box cake mix (your choice)
    1 can pineapple (crushed)
    1 large can cherry pie filling
    1 large instant vanilla pudding (as directed)
    1 large Cool Whip
    1/2 c. chopped pecans (on top)
Preparation
    Bake cake as directed; let cake cool.
    Cut cake in 3 x 3-inch squares to layer in punch bowl by layers.
    Layer cake in punch bowl, cover with top ingredients.
