Ingredients

1 lb. pecan halves
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1 egg white
1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Beat egg white and water until frothy (not stiff).
Stir in sugar, salt and cinnamon.
Add pecans and stir well, until pecans are completely covered.
Spread nuts on a large baking sheet and bake at 200\u00b0 for 45 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
(Best if removed from oven while stirring.)\tRemove from oven.
When cool, store in airtight container.
