Pork Chops With Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 4 chops
3/4 c. rice
1 bell pepper, sliced
1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 onion (red or yellow)
garlic salt and pepper
1 can beef consomme
Preparation

Brown chops in casserole in butter with garlic.
Drain.
In same casserole add uncooked rice.
Top with chops, bell peppers, onions and mushrooms.
Pour consomme over and cover.
Bake at 400\u00b0 to 425\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
