Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

7 oz. self-rising cornmeal
1/3 c. self-rising flour
1 egg
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. milk

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Drop by teaspoonful into deep fryer at 375\u00b0 until brown.
They are best if you cook your fish in the deep fryer first.
