Ingredients

8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
6 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. toasted wheat germ
Preparation

Melt chocolate and blend with peanut butter and vanilla.
Stir in wheat germ.
Press into a buttered 8-inch pan and chill until firm.
Cut into bars and store in a container in the refrigerator.
