Rose'S Barbecue Thai Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. peanut butter
    4 cloves minced garlic
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. fresh minced ginger
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    2 Tbsp. honey
    4 oz. (1/2 c.) orange juice
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Preparation
    Prepare marinade from the peanut butter, garlic, soy sauce, ginger, catsup and honey.
    Add orange juice last and whisk. Marinate chicken overnight in mixture.
    Grill 2 to 5 minutes on each side, basting with marinade.
    Serve garnished with orange slices and sesame seed.
    Warm extra marinade and serve on the side.
