Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dry navy beans
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. maple syrup
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. barbecue sauce
    5 tsp. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Boil beans for 2 minutes.
    Cover and let stand 1 hour.
    Drain and rinse beans.
    Cover with 2 quarts water in a pot.
    Bring to boiling.
    Simmer 40 minutes.
    Drain, leaving about 1/2 cup liquid with beans.
    Add all ingredients.
    Stir, cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
