Dinner In A Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1 bell pepper, cut in rings
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can tomatoes
    1/3 c. rice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in hot fat.
    Pour off fat.
    Add onions, bell pepper and tomatoes.
    Sprinkle rice around chops and season with salt and pepper.
    Cover; cook over low heat until chops are tender, about 1 hour.
    Remove chops.
    Arrange on warm platter.
    Fill in center with rice mixture.
