Albert Dilled Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thinly sliced carrots
    1/2 c. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. red or white vinegar (I prefer rice vinegar)
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried dill weed
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. white ground pepper
Preparation
    Cook carrots in large saucepan of boiling salted water until crisp-tender, 5 to 8 minutes.
    Rinse under cold running water to cool; drain.
