Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. water (can substitute a portion of beet juice for water)
2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. salt
1/4 c. pickling spices
2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
dash of hot pepper sauce
2 doz. small hard-boiled eggs
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Mix until well blended.
Remove shells from boiled eggs and place in a large jar with a tight fitting lid.
Pour water vinegar mixture over eggs to cover.
Cover tightly and allow to marinate for at least 2 days before serving.
