Hot Picante Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    13 1/2 lb. ripe tomatoes
    5 lb. onions
    2 1/2 lb. jalapeno peppers
    1/4 c. salt
    1/4 c. black pepper
    3 1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Grind
    tomatoes, onions and jalapenos.\tPour over salt, pepper and vinegar.
    Cook until desired thickness.
    Pour into scalded jars
    and seal.
    Process in hot water bath.
    Makes 14 pints.
