Sanders Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. milk, scalded and cooled
1/2 c. Spry or Crisco
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg white, beaten stiff
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
Preparation

Beat egg white and salt until stiff in glass bowl.
Cream the sugar, shortening and butter; beat well.
Fold in egg white and mix well.
Blend in milk, 1/4 cup at a time.
Beat well and add vanilla.
