Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unbleached white flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. shortening
    5 to 6 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt in small bowl.
    Blend in shortening with pastry blender until mealy.
    Sprinkle water on and toss with fork until sticks together.
    Roll out 1/2 on well floured surface.
    Put in pie plate and crimp edges.
    (Makes 2 crusts; can freeze one.)
