Apple Crunch Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 medium apples
1/2 c. walnuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
1 egg
Preparation

Peel and cut apples.
Put in bottom of pie plate.
In bowl, mix 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour, melted butter, chopped nuts and eggs.
Pour over apples. Then top with teaspoon of cinnamon. Bake for approximately 45 minutes until golden brown.
