Osgood Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 tsp. cloves
    3/4 tsp. allspice
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. pecans
    1 c. raisins
    2 (8-inch) unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks; add sugar, butter, spices, vinegar, pecans and raisins that have been put over steam to plump.
    Last, fold in beaten egg whites.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until thick and brown.
