Beer Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. rye flour
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. honey
    3/4 c. beer
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    In large bowl, soften yeast in warm water.
    In a small saucepan, melt margarine and honey.
    Remove from heat and add to this the beer and next three spices.
    When just warm, add beer mixture to the yeast and stir in a combination of the rye flour and 1 1/2 cup flour.
    Then add enough white flour to form a ball of dough and knead this on a board for about 5 minutes.
    Form a nice round loaf and place in a greased 8-inch pan in a warm area to rise for 1 hour.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool on a rack.
    Great with soup meals and no hangover!!!
