Spinach Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    8 oz. can tomato sauce (\"no salt added\")
    16 oz. can tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    8 oz. uncooked lasagne noodles
    3/4 lb. 1% fat cottage cheese
    1/2 lb. shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed but not cooked
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. In large saucepan, saute garlic in olive oil over low heat for 2 minutes. Add tomato sauce and tomatoes, pepper and oregano. Simmer gently, uncovered, while preparing other ingredients. Saute onions in remaining olive oil over low heat until onions are transparent. Add thawed spinach and toss with onions, separating and heating spinach.
