Kahlua - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 3/4 c. sugar
4 c. water
2 oz. freeze-dried instant coffee
1 fifth 100-proof vodka
2 oz. pure vanilla extract
Preparation

Boil sugar and water for 10 minutes; take off heat and add instant coffee.
Bring to a boil; remove from heat and cool completely.
Add vodka and pour into 1/2 gallon jug, add vanilla and shake well.
Can be used immediately.
