Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. raisins (optional)
    2 c. grated zucchini (fresh or frozen)
Preparation
    Make dough as for biscuits, using 1 cup milk.
    Roll out on floured board as thin as possible.
    Sprinkle with sugar and dot with margarine.
    Roll up and cut into 3 rolls.
    Place in deep baking dish and sprinkle generously with sugar and cinnamon.
    Dot with plenty of margarine.
    Cover with 2 cups sweet milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Sprinkle with a small amount of nutmeg.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
    When done, cover to prevent drying out.
