Chicken Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. cut up chicken
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    12 c. water
    3 sliced carrots
    salt to taste
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 to 2 c. uncooked noodles
Preparation
    Place first 5 ingredients into large saucepan or Dutch oven. Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
    Add celery and onion.
    Cook until almost tender.
    Add noodles and cook about 10 minutes.
