Spaghetti-Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    2 pieces white bread
    1/2 c. crushed crackers
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 egg
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. sweet basil
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/8 tsp. ground pepper
    1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Mix meatball ingredients well.
    Shape into balls.
    Brown in 1/4 cup oil and drain well.
