Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    pinch of baking powder
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. oil
    milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except the milk.
    Gradually add milk, stirring with a whisk until the mixture is thin and creamy. Spray an 8-inch round nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium to medium-high heat.
    Pour in batter, spreading to edges to flatten.
    Brown on both sides.
