Low-Fat Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    3 Tbsp. chopped chives
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Put all the ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups.
