Buttermilk Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 egg
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt into bowl.
    Add 1 1/2 cups buttermilk. Cover and let stand overnight at room temperature.
    In the morning, add the beaten egg and the soda mixed with the other 1/2 cup buttermilk.
    Beat well.
    Drop by tablespoonfuls on hot, well-greased griddle.
    Fry on one side and turn once only to fry on other side.
