Zuppa Di Pesce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

several kinds of fish, cleaned and cut up
olive oil
onion, chopped
garlic, chopped
hot pepper
white wine
tomato puree
parsley, chopped
salt
Preparation
-
Saute onion and garlic in oil.
Add parsley, tomato puree, pepper, salt and wine; stir and simmer 10 minutes.
Add the fish and simmer 15 minutes.
Serve over sliced and toasted crusty bread.
