Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat, browned, crumbled and drained
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 medium chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. jalapeno pepper, chopped
    1 c. self-rising meal
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1 can creamed corn
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
