5 Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    5 carrots
    4 potatoes
    3 stalks celery
    1 onion
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 tsp. salt
    1 c. V-8 juice
Preparation
    Cut or slice vegetables in small pieces.
    Combine meat & vegetables in large casserole.
    Mix tapioca & V-8 juice and pour over meat & vegetables.
    Sprinkle brown sugar & salt over top. Cover & bake 5 hrs. at 250\u00b0.
