Pineapple Sour Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jell-O instant pudding (vanilla flavor)
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 baked and cooled 9-inch pie crust
Preparation
    Combine pie filling, pineapple with its juice, sour cream and sugar in deep narrow bottom bowl.
    Beat slowly with rotary beater or at lowest speed of electric mixer for 1 minute.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Chill about three hours.
    May garnish with Cool Whip; add pineapple if desired.
