Seafood Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. imitation crab meat, thawed (if frozen), drained and broken into small pieces
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
2 oz. jar diced pimento, drained
2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1/2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation

In small mixing bowl, cream cheese and sour cream at medium speed until smooth.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover; refrigerate several hours or overnight to blend flavors.
Serve with crackers.
