1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/4 c. water
2 eggs, at room temperature
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. cream cheese
1 large Cool Whip
2 pt. strawberries
1 can pineapple rings, cut into wedges
1 large bunch seedless grapes
2 large bananas, peeled and sliced
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour two 12-inch pizza pans. Combine 1/2 cake mix (dry), water, eggs, butter and brown sugar in a mixing bowl; mix thoroughly.
Blend in remaining cake mix.
Fold in nuts.
Divide batter evenly between the prepared pans.
Bake for 12 minutes.
After pizzas have cooled, spread Cool Whip and cream cheese mixture on both.
Arrange fruits in circular pattern over topping.
Start with the strawberries on outer edge, then pineapple wedges, grapes, banana slices and end with a reserved whole strawberry in the center.
Brush with the Apricot Glaze and refrigerate until serving.
