Orange Pineapple Jellied Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. orange gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 pt. orange sherbet
    1 small pkg. cream cheese
    1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Stir boiling water into gelatin.
    Add cream cheese and stir until melted.
    Add orange sherbet.
    Let stand in refrigerator until nearly thick.
    Beat with electric mixer to dissolve any bits of cream cheese which did not melt.
    Add pineapple and oranges and fold in whipped cream.
    Store in refrigerator.
    You can put in an 8 or 9-inch glass square baking dish or Tupperware mold.
