Pre-Game Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 lb. roast
1 Tbsp. oleo
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. water
2/3 c. vinegar
2 buds garlic, minced
1 can tomatoes
2 chopped onions
dash of Tabasco
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Place roast in large roasting pan.
Combine remaining ingredients except ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over roast.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes per pound of meat.
Cool, cut fat and bone from roast; break meat into bite size pieces.
Add ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
Reheat meat and sauce until hot.
Serve on onion buns.
Yields 10 to 12 servings.
