Pastel De Tres Leches(Cake With Three Milks) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. unsalted butter
    2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. milk
    7 oz. sweetened condensed milk
    6 oz. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
    1/3 c. liqueur or brandy (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Grease and flour a 9X13 pan. Sift flour and baking soda together; set aside.
    Cream together butter and 1 c. sugar until fluffy.
    Add eggs and 1/2 tsp. vanilla; beat well.
    Add flour mixture to butter mixture 2 tablespoons at a time, mixing well until blended.
    Pour into prepared cake pan and bake 20 minutes.
    Remove from oven and poke with fork or skewer 8-10 times and let cool.
    Mix milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk and liqueur and pour over cake.
    Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
    For frosting, mix whipping cream, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. sugar, whipping until thick.
    Spread over top of cake.
    Store in refrigerator.
    You can add cherries, blueberries, raspberries, apples or peaches in the amount of 1/2 c. to the batter.
    You can also add chocolate syrup to the milk mixture or add white chocolate.
