Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. corn tortillas
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 small cans enchilada sauce
    1 egg
    1 small onion
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. Mozzarella or Monterey Jack
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion; season and drain.
    In bowl, soak corn tortillas with enchilada sauce.
    Line bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish with layer of tortillas.
    Layer ground beef.
    Mix cheeses and egg.
    Layer cheese, sauce, tortillas and beef until ingredients are used.
    Top with tortillas, covered with sauce. Small amount of water may be added to sauce for moistness.
