Shrimp Avocado Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
    1 large avocado, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. catsup
    lettuce leaves
    2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    6 ripe olives, sliced
    1 small tomato, quartered
Preparation
    Combine shrimp and next 7 ingredients.
    Combine mayonnaise, catsup and paprika; mix well.
    Line 4 individual salad bowls with lettuce leaves.
    Fill with shrimp mixture.
    Pour desired amount of dressing on top.
    Garnish with egg slices, olives and tomato.
