Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. white syrup (Karo)
    1/2 c. pecans, if desired
Preparation
    Mix sugar, salt and cocoa.
    Add milk and Karo syrup.
    Cook over low flame until small amount dropped in cold water forms a soft ball, approximately 29 minutes.
