Gram Norman'S Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    pinch of salt
    1 Tbsp. flour
    juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
    beaten yolks of 2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    stiffly beaten whites of 2 eggs
    unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Cream together sugar, butter, salt and flour.
    Add and beat lemon juice and rind, egg yolks.
    Add milk to mixture and beat again.
    Fold in stiffly beaten whites.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake for 45 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
