Ricotta Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Betty Crocker yellow cake mix
3 lb. Ricotta cheese
8 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Prepare cake mix as on box.
Pour into 12 x 15 x 2-inch pan. Only grease bottom.
Mix cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Pour on top of cake mix and spread out.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake in oven at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
