1 16 oz. can whole corn (white or yellow)
1/2 Cup water
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 medium sweet red pepper finely chopped
1 8 oz. sour cream
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp. baking powder
1 6 1/2 oz. box corn muffin mix
1 stick butter or margarine
