Del Rio Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chopped ripe olives
    1 can chopped chili peppers
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    2 or 3 ripe tomatoes, chopped
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add garlic powder to taste.
    Let chill overnight or several hours before serving.
    Serve with Doritos or Tostitos.
