Holiday Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    4 tsp. flour
    1/2 c. cooked ham
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. half and half
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    chopped parsley (garnish)
    chopped pimento (garnish)
Preparation
    Combine cheese and flour. Sprinkle over pie shell.
    Mix remaining ingredients, beating until smooth.
    Pour over cheese in pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until firm.
    Garnish with parsley and pimento before serving.
