Stuffed Mushroom - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium mushrooms
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 oz. (1/2 c.) crumbled Blue cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped mushroom stems
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushrooms. Cook caps in butter/margarine for 4 to 5 minutes. Combine ingredients and fill caps. Broil until golden brown.
