Johnny Apple Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large pork chops
    salt and pepper
    1 c. apple juice or cider
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. raisins
    4 slices lemon
    1 envelope French's brown gravy mix
Preparation
    Arrange chops in a single layer in shallow baking dish with meatiest portion toward outside edges.
    Top with lemon slices. Add 2/3 cup apple juice and 1/3 cup water.
    Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High for 5 minutes.
    Reduce power to Medium; microwave 15 to 18 minutes.
    Let stand, covered, while preparing gravy.
    Pour 1 cup pan juices into 2 cup glass measure; discard remaining juices.
