Pennywise Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. grated onion (or to taste)
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    6 Italian or French rolls
Preparation
    Mix lean ground beef with onion, mustard, milk, parsley, salt, and pepper.
    Spread thinly on cut halves of rolls overlapping a little down the sides to allow for shrinkage.
    Broil till top is nice and brown.
