Twice-Baked Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium sweet potatoes
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 dashes cinnamon
2 dashes ground ginger
4 Tbsp. chopped pecans
Preparation

Scrub potatoes.
Bake until tender.
Cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out insides, leaving shell.
Mash scooped out potato, mix in syrup, butter, cinnamon, ginger and 2 tablespoons pecans.
Re-stuff potato shells with mixture.
Place in baking dish.
Sprinkle with the rest of the nuts and drizzle more syrup over potatoes.
Bake, uncovered, in 375\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
