English Creek Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. beer
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 small onion (optional)
salt and pepper
Preparation

Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.
Sear pork chops on both sides until browned.
If you want, you can put onion on top of pork chops or you can leave plain.
Combine ketchup, beer and brown sugar.
Pour over pork chops.
Cover and simmer on low heat for 1 hour.
The longer they simmer the better.
Serve by spooning sauce over each pork chop.
